How do I redeem my Collective Points?
It’s now easier to redeem your Collective points online - Rather than redeeming a reward voucher in your account, simply choose the amount of points you would like to redeem at checkout, when making your purchase.
If redeeming your Collective points in store, our retail team will be able to redeem your points for a reward voucher towards your purchase.

How do I earn Collective Points?
You will automatically receive 1 point for every $1 (NZD) spent when purchasing any full price, sale or Kowtow Relove garment both online and in store.
You can also earn Collective Points for repairing, regenerating, and selling second hand Kowtow garments through Kowtow Relove.
How do I use Circular Services?
Log in to your Kowtow Collective account, and find all of our Circular Services on the sidebar menu of your account page. These will allow you to fill out the online forms for Repair, Regenerate, and Relove.
What has happened to my old loyalty vouchers?
Any existing vouchers have been instantly transferred to points, to make it all easy.
