A trusted network of local repairers throughout New Zealand and Australia will help rewind your item’s wear and tear. If yours needs mending, bring it in-store for assessment or submit a repair through your Collective account.
Sell on when you’re done.
Kowtow Relove gives your preloved Kowtow pieces a new lease on life by connecting them with new owners. Keeping them in use for longer.
Rather than waiting for it to sell, you’ll earn Kowtow points as soon as your garment is accepted to put towards new or preloved pieces.
Regenerate when you're ready.
Our Regenerate programme will help recycle or return your garment to the earth once it reaches the end of its life.
Just return it to one of our stores or through your Collective account. We’ll then unmake your garment and recycle elements such as trims and buttons, and return it to the ground as nutrient rich biochar to help to capture carbon and foster biodiversity.
